The COVID-19  pandemic caused lot of trouble all over the world and its cascading effects continue to prevail. Faster than ever customers are able to provide feed-back they feel like connecting with you personally.

(3) Reaching out to audience and respond promptly – Every individual is worried about the spread of virus and safety concerns; it is very important for businesses to make your audience aware about measures you are taking for their safety. (8) Focus on CSR activities- In view of coronavirus spread many people are facing problems like laborers, healthcare workers, poor and needy people. Brands should invest in CSR activities and take this an opportunity to look inward and be as resourceful as possible like distributing food to needy people, distributing masks, sanitizers ,etc. CSR activities helps customers to get emotionally attached to your brand and you could aware your customers about your work. People look towards CSR initiatives by the company on social media and news.
